Poste et missions:
Within our plant, you will provide engineering support to the Assembly teams for the launch of new products and engineering changes. Your main tasks will consist in:
- Ensuring continuously manufacturing readiness and productivity improvement.
- Participating in Technical feasibility studies, verification of equipment versus standards and safety assessments.
- Implementing best practice into manufacturing areas following Plastic Omnium group standards
- Assisting shift leader in defining Standard Operation Procedures for production operators
- Process improvement (equipment cycle time reduction, manpower efficiency, process capability improvement)
- Find innovative solutions to manufacturing problems
- Assisting the Continuous Improvement Productivity team
Profil:
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized business school or university with a major in manufacturing processes. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum.
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
You speak fluent English and a second foreign language can be a plus.
