We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology. 

Your mission

You will take active part in the development of our international activities within the Southeast Europe Export Area. You will contribute to the development of knowledge of brands, products and services by organizing scientific and commercial conferences, training and advisory actions for different groups. Your focus will be Medical care and Oral Care brands and products.

You are in charge of providing scientific training for Medical Care, Pierre Fabre Dermatology, Personal Care and Innovative oncology products, including the environment of the products, to our distributors and partners (marketing managers, product managers, MSL, sales representatives, medical representatives, trainers, …) and also when needed to local health care professionals.

You contribute to the development of the knowledge of brands, products and associated services. You organize webinars, scientific conferences or face to face trainings.

More specifically, and after training by HQ Training department you:

Your main responsibilities

· 
Prepare, organize and run training sessions with distributors / partners for different targets. Locally and by visio conferencesPrepare, translate and adapt training materials and communication according to the audience which is to be trained

Plan and ensure the follow-up of training actions

· 
Coordinate the preparation of international or local medico-marketing events

· 
Make a periodic report of the comprehensive training activity as well as discuss the management indicators of the training activities in the area

· 
To be in charge of the building and supervision of the local trainings plans of our partners and distributors

· 
Finalize and format the training materials based on the elements made available by the Group Training Department;

Guide and help the local teams in the set up of the local training plans in relation with the marketing plan

·       Coordinate the preparation of international or local medico-marketing events

·       Follow up on the implementation of post marketing studies, phases IV if any ;

·       Prepare &participate the annual zone seminar and lead presentations at international local launches & events.

As part of your job, you are required to travel frequently on the international scale (1 weeks per month) in South & Eastern Europe. The perimeter covers roughly 20 countries and partners : Baltics, Adriatic region, Kazakhstan,  Romania, Cyprus, Armenia, Georgia and others

Who you are ?

Our requirements

You can express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Fluency in a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage

You have previous relevant working experience as a Trainer or in the field of Medical Care / Oral Care

You are comfortable with PowerPoint and different digital training tools
