Your mission

Job Description

Scientific Valorization Support

·  Participate in new product development processes for the China/Asia market, with ability in development workflows and key milestones, and be responsible for preparing, organizing and establishing relevant scientific documentation.
·  Assist in developing scientific communication dossiers for key product launches by leveraging market and consumer insights, providing and integrating accurate analytical data.

Active Ingredient Sourcing Support

·  Engage in projects related to the establishment and integration of raw material information.
·  Collect, organize and archive all information related to new raw materials and new active ingredients.

Other Key Competencies

·  Strong literature search and self-directed learning abilities, with the capacity to accurately compile and prepare research outputs.
·  Regularly attend industry and dermatology conferences to gather and synthesize multidimensional information and materials.

We Expect You to Have

·  A Master or above degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or a related field.
·  Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and project management awareness.
·  Keen insight into beauty industry, skincare/haircare technology and market trends.
