Compliance Officer

Your mission

In liaison with the Group Ethics and Compliance Director, develop the Group's Ethics and Compliance program within his/her scope of responsibility:- Develop, initiate, maintain and review local policies, procedures and controls for the general operation of the Group's Ethics and Compliance program. Manage the day-to-day operation of the program and provide advice to management and employees- Assist in risk management in terms of compliance- Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and help develop the internal compliance training program- Ensure the periodic reporting of Compliance activities. Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.- Participate in the Export Control process in liaison with all the units in Group QA, Risks, Compliance, Internal Control Department
