Your mission

- Handle the call center & provide quality telephone service

- Manage mail correspondence & distribute to each department

- Organizes the needs related to courier services

- Manage courier invoices per month

- Handles GDPR (dpo) mailbox

- Welcomes the guests of the office

Excellent communication skills

Very good organization skills

Advanced command of English language (written & verbal)

Computer skills (MS Office suite)

Multi-tasking ability and flexibility

Polite personality, with a positive attitude and mindset
