Your mission
The International Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of sales forecasts provided by local teams within the IBU. This role requires a strategic alignment between business and operations to optimize forecasting processes and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Improve the forecast accuracy to minimize the Operations costs of under-production
· Lead and coordinate the demand planning process across international markets to ensure accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
· Collaborate closely with local teams to understand market dynamics and integrate insights into the forecasting process.
· Align demand planning strategies with business objectives, operational capabilities, and financial targets.
· Develop and implement best practices and tools for demand forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Monitor and analyze forecast performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
· Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between business, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
· Provide training and support to local teams to enhance their forecasting capabilities and understanding of demand planning processes.
· Prepare and present regular reports on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and planning effectiveness to senior management.
