Your mission
The right candidate will:
· Drive the strategic planning, design and implementation of the eCommerce plan with specific goals, learnings and actions
· Build and/or nurture strong relationships with eRetailers – pharmacies to design & implement strategies for end consumers, aiming at growing brands eMarket Share
· Design a winning digital activation calendar and make sure that all agreed activities are executed with excellence in eRetailers digital assets
· Work closely with eRetailers - Pharmacies to leverage all opportunities to interact with consumer throughout his digital journey (on site behavior, retention schemes, last mile etc)
· Plan and monitor visual merchandising and brands digital content presence with key eRetailers
· Analyze on line sell out data, correlate with activities and come out with insightful recommendations on Brands presence and eCommercial Activities
· Work closely with internal stakeholders – mostly Brand Marketing & Digital, function to bridge strategy, achieve alignment and drive sales optimization across the ePharmacy channel
Who you are ?
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
· MBA/MSc / Specialized Course highly desirable, with professional training in eCommerce, new technologies or a related field.
· At least 3 years hands-on experience in eCommerce management and loyalty & CRM strategies, preferably in Pharmacy or Health Brands
· Experience in account management, ability to handle partner relations and coordination of collaboration is necessary
· Experience in digital marketing and handling of performance-oriented brands / campaigns would be highly appreciated
· Proven track record of actionable data analysis and business planning
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
· Excels in established environments with a mandate to innovate and drive change
· Commercial acumen, Negotiation Skills and Project & time management skills at high level
· Solutions-driven, positive thinker, Initiative taker & team player
· Fluency in English
