Your mission
Your missions:
· Contribute to the implementation of the 2025 & 2026 digital strategy across key e-commerce and media channels
· Support 360° digital activations in collaboration with Content Activation Managers: planning, coordination of content production, adaptation to local markets
· Assist in e-commerce project management : support the implementation of the IBU roadmap, CPA strategy, and performance tracking across regions and functions.
· Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams to facilitate seamless execution of local e-commerce and media initiatives.
· Analyze performance and generate insights using internal dashboards and tools to improve e-commerce KPIs and media efficiency.
· Help shape the future of e-retail content by researching best practices, trends, and creative benchmarks to inspire content evolution and innovation.
· Contribute to the animation of the international digital community : gather and share best practices, help maintain toolkits and guidelines and provide support to local teams.
· Conduct competitive and market monitoring : track emerging ecommerce and eRetail trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify innovation opportunities.
· Proactively suggest optimizations to improve the adoption and impact of digital tools, processes, and ways of working.
Your profile:
· Master’s student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in business school, digital marketing, or university (gap year or end-of-studies internship).
· Strong interest in digital, e-commerce, and gaining experience with regions like Americas, MENA, APAC etc.
· Proactive, well-organized, solution-driven, and eager to learn
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
· Willingness to drive projects and come up with ideas to challenge the status quo
· Fluent in English (working language).
