Job description
Mission
The Group opted in 2010 for a new ERP for all its subsidiaries: MS Dynamics AX. Therefore, a central platform (hosted in France) was created to host all the international ERP implementations. To date, several subsidiaries have been deployed in the AX2009 and AX2012 versions. In addition to that, the Group opted in 2016 for a new CRM for all its dermo-cosmetics subsidiaries: SalesForce – Veeva.
In order to support such volumes of activities and users, over transversal process (O2C, P2P, etc), The Group has recently decided the creation of one new IT structure, hosted in Lisbon, to internalize the knowledge and critical skills: the IT international Services centre.
Within the Pierre Fabre IT Operations Department (ITOP&S) and under the responsibility of the IT International Services Centre – Lisbon manager, the main missions will cover the functional areas of Sales and Logistic:
• Ensure maintenance of level 2 and 3 activities and implement continuous improvement processes for branch offices using MS AX.
• Ensure the consistency of the “process core model” and its implementation within MS AX, meeting the expectations of the users and the group policy. This over all phases of the “process core model” lifecycle (definition, implementation, and operation)
• Take into account and manage either change requests, or qualification of anomalies detected, for the Change Request Committee
• Be the main point of contact over his functional domain, for all third-parties.
Your main missions will be the following ones:
• Identify, analyze and qualify incidents and problems reported by users. Propose solutions. Identify, analyze and qualify user needs for change requests
• Writing with the support of the Business Process Owner and the users, detailed functional specifications for the evolutions of the Core model.
• For the functional modules concerned:
o Participate in the Core Model Dynamix lifecycle
o Monitor developments and organize progress points.
o Ensure the understanding of the specifications by the development teams
o Is involved in the evolution decisions of the Core Model
• Ensure the stages of testing and approval of the settings and developments in accordance with the specifications and regulatory constraints
• Organize and lead in connection with PEPSI and BPOs, the community of users and processes of continuous improvement on its functional area. Communicate on the evolutions of the Core Model
• Provide level 2 & 3 functional support after deployment phases. Set up and monitor piloting indicators over the activity.
• Accurately and regularly report to the hierarchy of its activities, the use of the means used and the structuring events that have occurred so that it can have all the elements necessary to manage the activity.
• Ensure that the deliverables resulting from the deployment phases meet the expectations of the users.
Manage the relationship with partners (Editor, Integrator, IT Outsourcer, TMA for example).
