Your mission
- KOL Live Management 70%
1. Responsible for EC KOL GMV&budget&negotiation,includingTmall&Tiktok&Kuaishou etc
2. Collaborate with TP/DP to expand KOL pool
3. KOL performance& key competitor activities/performance tracking
4. Polish SOP to improve execution efficiency & accuracy, make sure KOL improve brand equity
- Trade Marketing 30%
1. Monthly promotion plan & analysis
2. Benchmark competitor's action analysis - Kerastase / Rene Furterer/ Vichy/Off&relax etc
3. Monthly rolling forecast for products & GWP, secure safety stock as well as fcst accuracy
Who you are ?
1. At least 3 years e-commerce operation experience, T-mall or Tiktok is must.
2. Experience in KOL Management and have related resources.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills, can work under fast-pacing environment.
4. Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility
