Poste et missions:
Within our Indian affiliate and under the responsibility of the General manager, you will be responsible for marketing and retail activities in India, in close relation with local partners.
Your mission will consist in:
- Manage the project between France (Headquarter, Brands), Regional Office in Hong Kong and India (Licensing partners and new potential customers);
- Participate in all the activities to develop our brands according to marketing strategy and budgetary objectives defined especially in the marketing plan;
- Elaborate budgets in coordination with partners (marketing, planning, purchasing) in close relation with the Finance department at the Headquarter in France;
- Monitor product's performance (sales, prescriptions, image, benefits, marketing mix). You support and advise partners in their commercial and marketing B to B activities (Distributors, importers, retailers either pharmacies, department stores or malls);
- Suggest and develop training tools (on products, merchandising and distribution) integrating budgetary and regulatory constraints;
- Support key accounts, maintain product information and answer potential queries from partners/customers;
- Prepare, develop and monitor monthly and annual sales forecasts taking in consideration market trends;
- Coordinate with Public Relation & Digital Manager on yearly & monthly strategic communication plan, product focus, content, and online promo offers, ensuring overall respect of brand & homogeneity of departments.
Profil:
- Highest scientific or business education
- Complementary education or experience in operational marketing or business
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic environment
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of French would be appreciated
- Negotiation skills, autonomy
- Dynamism, enthusiasm, pugnacity, workload capacity
