Poste et missions:
Pierre Fabre USA, based in Parsippany (45 minutes from New-York) is looking for a Logistics and Customer Officer. Within the framework of the implementation of a new Corporate ERP, and reporting to the Key User, the VIE Logistics and Customer Service will oversee some logistics flows in addition to Customer Service-related topics. The VIE will be part of the ERP project team.
Supply Chain
- Plan & supply (Transit files / Supply Order Book)
- Create & receive Purchase Orders from Suppliers (France and CMOs)
- Help gathering customs data
- Manage stock reconciliation (system, stock transfers)
- Schedule regular Kittings
- Manage master data (Create / Clean SAP Item codes, for Dynamics Data Migration)
- Update information of the marketing programs to prepare Forecast Data
- Produce KPIs & operational reports (Risk OOS report)
Customer Service
- Enter Sales Order
- Manage Customer Invoices
- Manage Customer returns
- Manage part of Ecommerce consumer emails
- Maintain & Clean Customer Master Data
- Prepare Dynamics Data Migration
- Update KPIs & operational reports (Risk OOS report)
Profil:
- Master's degree in Logistics or Customer Service
- Previous experience in Logistics and/or Customer Service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical ability
- Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Detail oriented and organized
