Your team
You will be member of the Haifa Healthcare IT Design team, within the global Philips Design organization, which includes about 500 professionals in Europe, North America and Asia.
At Philips we focus on the people in healthcare – patients and care providers. Through combining human insights and clinical expertise, we aim to improve patient outcomes while lowering the burden on the healthcare system.
Your responsibilities
As UI/UX designer you are responsible for developing compelling and intuitive UI/UX concepts, solutions and prototypes, in continuous collaboration with clinical experts, usability engineers and software developers. You will be responsible for translating the interaction concepts into detailed visual designs for various screen based platforms (e.g. websites, mobile devices, touch screen panels, etc.)
Furthermore, you're responsible for driving human-centered-design and design thinking methods.

You are not afraid to take the lead, have great communication skills and the ability to interact with multidisciplinary professionals, from around the globe. You are transparent and collaborative and believe that teaming up is the best way to achieve lasting results
We require:
· Bachelor or master level education in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX, Arts, or other related studies
· At least 3 years of UX design experience of complex design projects
· Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail
· Ability to translate flows into final pixel perfect screens with detailed specifications for our developers
· Ability to work against existing Philips brand design guidelines
· Ability to make quick low fidelity prototypes
· Excellent communication across teams, geographies, organizations and cultures.
· Good English, written and verbal
· Understanding of usability engineering and user-centered-design processes and methods – a key advantage
· Experience and understanding of users and processes in the healthcare domain – a key advantage
· Willing to travel to customer sites and Philips development sites abroad 2-4 times a year
