SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT OFFICER SLEEP & RESPIRATORY CARE BENELUX
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Directly contribute to the success of our Sleep & Respiratory Care business with a number of critical order acquisition and order realization activities. On a daily basis, you will have contact with partner and distributors in Benelux. You will be an ambassador of brand new innovation in health! By providing a professional service, the Sales & Marketing Support Officer ensures effective handling of the sales orders and enabling the field sales organization to spend more time with the customers. You will support the marketing team in implementing our marketing plans. Your scope will be the Market Benelux.
You are responsible for
· Management of incoming customer orders, overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked;
· Follow-up booked orders and communicate expected delivery date to distribution partners;
· Maintain/update master data in SAP, maintain/update price lists in SAP;
· Treat inquiries and answer questions from customers;
· Process demo orders for the sales force;
· Contribute in the planning process;
· Identify projects to improve processes and efficiencies within the organization;
· Maintain mailing lists and execute mailings;
· Support marketing team;
· Participate in business improvement teams and performance measurements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· 3 years of experience in an operational, international, sales support environment;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Fluency in both verbal and written Dutch, French and English;
· Good knowledge of multiple IT applications such as SAP, Office (excel,…), OneDrive;
· Work in a structured way (projects);
· Proficient in problem solving and decision making;
· Enthusiastic and motivated team-player, and also being able to work independently;
· Commercial mindset, strong customer focus and affinity with lean methodology;
· Ability to manage deadlines and to cope with stress.
