We transform pathology labs worldwide to a digital way of working with the aim to improve clinical and economic outcomes. We digitize tissue samples with ultrahigh resolution & speed resulting in massive amounts of image data, which we mine for insights through machine-learning based algorithms. The images and the results are streamed in real-time to pathologists at any location to enable fast diagnosis with high precision.

As a Salesforce and ServiceMax consultant your challenge is to improve the service and support that we offer to our customers. You’ll be doing this by maintaining and configuring our Salesforce and ServiceMax system.

Your responsibilities

·  Perform the day to day activities of Service and Support department;
·  Execute checks on Service and Support processes within Salesforce and ServiceMax;
·  Deliver operational data in order to improve the quality of customer support;
·  Collaborate with several departments within PINS (Philips Innovation Services) PDPS (Philips Digital Pathology Solutions);
·  Analyse, (re)develop, describe, implement processes and drive organizational change;
·  Improve Service and Support activities in order to work more efficient;
·  Help to implement strategic and operational changes;
·  Support the Customer Service Manager EMEA.

We work closely together with our customers, their customers, and our partners to ensure impactful innovation.

Our services organization is divided in 5 teams; you’ll be part of the Salesforce/ServiceMax team within the service organization of EMEA. Together with your colleagues, you will service our clients with maintaining and the configuration of the Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions. These solutions are part of the Digital Pathology Solution that we offer to our customers. You’ll report to the to the Customer Service Manager EMEA.

Your skills:

To be successful as a Salesforce/ServiceMax Consultant you will have the following expertise:

·  A Bachelor degree
·  Over3 years work experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax
·  Knowledge of (re-)design processes
·  You have experience on operational reporting and are very experienced with Excel
·  Experience in an agile/scrum environment
·  Flexible work attitude (no 9 - 5)
·  Excellent communication skill in both English (and Dutch)
·  You are accurate and strong on analytical skills
