In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Being an active part of an impressive change within medicine in terms of US diagnostic. On daily basis, You will have contact with Key Opinion Leaders of very wide clinical spectrum in Poland. You will be an ambassador of brand new innovation in medical environment!

You are responsible for:

·  Support sales activities of Lumify from the leads created by both digital marketing activities and trade shows.
·  Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities via inbound and outbound telephone calls and digital communication.
·  Achieve sales conversions to meet the defined business revenue goals.
·  Meet or exceed lead to contact KPI's defined by the business.
·  Build relationships with prospective customers with the primary focus on lead generation and development of new accounts.
·  Seek ways to broaden and expand the Philips product offerings to new customers while also raising the awareness and interest for Philips product portfolio and report on marketing trends.
·  Gain account intelligence for new/existing accounts including: current equipment, number of units, decision maker and future plans.
·  Participate and advise in the development and implementation of Direct Marketing campaigns in various market segments in partnership with Business/Marketing colleagues.
·  Identify new and emerging market opportunities and develop campaign strategies and priorities with appropriate Business/Marketing colleagues.
·  Identify projects to improve processes and efficiencies within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have following skills and experience

·  2 years of experience in sales or customer service in medical capital equipment or pharmaceutical business
·  Experience in ultrasound modality will be an asset.
·  Strong interpersonal/networking skills.
·  Customer oriented attitude.
·  Ability to use all business opportunities to improve the results.
·  Outstanding presentational and organizational skills.
·  Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in business or medical related field.
·  Experience in a fast-paced, highly transactional medical sales environment.
·  Fluency in English language, written and oral.
