Our department IGT (Image Guided Therapy) Systems Global Operations is continuously moving towards being a more knowledgeable and high preforming entity within the Philips Healthcare organization.

Currently we have the job opening for a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst. The S&OP Analyst is the supporting function for the S&OP process and ensures monthly S&OP data analysis, reporting and identifies opportunities for improvement.


 



 



Your responsibilities



Based on data analysis generate, interpret and distribute periodic performance reports


Based on data analysis, market groups forecasts and historical trends, create mid-term and long-term high level planning proposals


Preparation, leading, and documenting of monthly S&OP meetings (S&OP meetings include global operations management team, Market Supply Chain Managers). Create improvement and scenario proposals for S&OP meetings.


Creates the shipment plan and supply plan with quantity of products per month per system type per market.


Collect and create inventory forecasts and make analysis if requested by management


Prepare scenario or business case information if requested by management


Supporting or driving of improvement projects related to S&OP process


The S&OP Analyst supports the S&OP manager and functions as his back up


 



 



Your team



You will report directly to the S&OP Manager of IGT Systems Global Operations, who reports to the IGT Systems Global Ops manager and the Head of Supply Chain and S&OP DI and IGT.

We are looking for



Master degree in Supply Chain Management


Experience in data analysis


Expert user of Excel (preferably including Visual Basic)


Experience in working between interfaces, multi-cultural environment and dealing with broad spectrum of function levels


Furthermore, you have strong communicative skills and an improvement attitude,
