Philips Recruitment Marketing team is now recruiting for a summer intern. This is a Singapore based role and will be supporting recruitment marketing activities in Japan. In this role, you have the opportunity to help bring the Philips employer brand to life in the Japan market via high impact brand communications. In doing so, you will enable Philips to attract the best talent to join the company and drive successful delivery of its health technology strategy.

You are responsible for

·  Assisting the Recruitment Marketing Manager to execute recruitment marketing and communication activities to promote the Philips employer brand to the Japanese market
·  Developing ideas and content related to the Philips employer brand in Japan
·  Reviewing and updating the Philips Japan careers website
·  Proof-reading articles in Japanese
·  Liaising with Japanese speaking colleagues in the Philips Japan office
·  Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with Campus events

You are a part of

The global Recruitment Marketing team, which works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive the best talent to join Philips. You will report functionally to the Recruitment Marketing Manager who sits in Singapore.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  Currently pursuing or just completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Human Resources or Marketing.
·  Fluent in both English and Japanese.
·  Ability to write or proof-read articles in Japanese
·  Ability to work at least 3 days a week
