Are you the Rayon Manager that knows how to focus on customers with dedication? Are you capable to engage dental professionals, utilizing your personal influencing skills in a consultative manner? Are you looking for a commercial challenging position where you will advise dental professionals on improving their patients' oral healthcare?
Oral Healthcare is at the Core of our Personal Health business. As our business is expanding and we see opportunity to grow, we are looking to hire dedicated account managers for the Great Amsterdam region.
Your responsibilities
As Rayon Manager Oral Health Care, you will visit dentists and dental hygienists and advise and discuss the Philips Oral Healthcare products; Philips Sonicare and Philips Zoom (i.e. Whitening products).
Furthermore, you will:
· Realize (new) business growth, by focusing on acquisition and customer-oriented relation management
· Develop professional preference by building Trial, Personal use and Recommendation with means to develop a Dispensing and Loyalty base for Philips Oral Healthcare products
· Establish the Rayon sales plan (encompassing a prognosis of turnover, sales and costs, customer analysis), including market segmentation and thorough contact strategy.
· Develop partnership with Dental Sales and Service representatives to maximize territory coverage efficiency and assure a direct link of dental professionals with the Philips Sonicare distribution platform
· Provide training/courses for specific target groups and organize and/or attend local, regional and national dental trade shows and events
Your team
You will be part of the dental team within the Personal Health department of Philips. You will report to the Manager Philips Oral Healthcare, located in Eindhoven. The team

We are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should be / have:
· Bachelor degree, with minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in e.g. Consultative Sales, Business development.
· Experience in Dental care/Pharmaceutics is very much preferred
· Service –and solution minded attitude and approach
· Outstanding prioritization capabilities and you bring excellent personal communication skills
· Good Influencing skills with right level of push and pull
· You bring business savviness, with proven track record (KPI’s, business plans, successfully and independently managing your region)
· You have commercial mindset and know how to level with dental/healthcare professionals
· Excellent command of Dutch language and good knowledge of English language
