Your Challenge
As part of the Whitening and Oral Hygiene team, will be responsible for identifying content changes, working with regional project leads and packaging team in order to support and implement. Track progress and prepare regular project updates as needed to reflect status of overall project. Communication will be key for this role as the lead representative on specific Innovation projects into the project team as well as communication back to Operations of relevant information. Communication and tracking tools need to be prepared in order to keep global team members informed and on track as well.
Ensure product life cycle activities are coordinated; monitor and track milestones through a reporting system in support of each product launch. Determine timely and appropriate escalation of risk areas to facilitate meeting project commitments. Accountable for preproduction and production release of Finished Good Configurations to support MIP and IPD/NPDL deliverables. Support Project Leads with new launch activities to ensure new product launches are met. Maintain Product Data Management tool; Maintain and create palletizing documents; phase out SKU’s and components, obsolete and scrap ensuring information is accurate and up to date Create ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), attach the correct parts, documents, SKUs and BOMs to the ECO, “redline” (indicate changes) the attached entities, and submit the ECOs for approval.
We are looking for
Experience: 3-5 years professional experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree, relevant work equivalent or unless otherwise specified. Preference is to have knowledge around Bills of Materials, PDM systems (more specifically Agile system), and manufacturing practices in FDA regulated environment.
