In this role, you will be working with our Ultrasound Ultrasound Refurbished Systems

You are responsible for

·  Formulates the upstream product strategy for the assigned portfolio. Collects and analysis market information and defines existing market target groups.
·  Formulates the specification of new products based on available technology, components and existing market situation in order to have new products available on short term.
·  Translates a general product plan into clear detailed product specifications for development.
·  Guides the project team in the execution phase of the PCP. Drives the market introduction of the new product

Your Team

The total Refurbished Systems group is located at in three sites: Best, The Netherlands ; and Bothell, Washington and Cleveland, Ohio ; Refurbished Systems offers, with the Diamond Select program, reliable refurbished imaging systems to serve the customers that need high quality equipment which can perform all routine applications at an attractive price and with up-to-date technology.

Your Role

·  Contributing to the overall business success of Refurbished Systems (RS), responsible for realization of the modality AOP with main focus on Order Intake.
·  Product management for the RS portfolio of DS Ultrasound
·  Manage entry of Philips Refurbished products into the price book including pricing, quotation text, competitive comparison and documentation in conjunction with Sales Administration
·  Control and management of the Philips Refurbished product specifications and pricing for North America and Latam
·  Participate in system configuration process for all pending orders as required
·  Act as primary contact with the BIU's
·  Understand the product roadmap of Philips Healthcare current product portfolio and understand how Philips Refurbished products fit in (including upgrades)
·  Fully understand how the interoperability of Philips Refurbished products relate to RIS/PACS and workflow in the medical environment
·  Understand pricing structure and effect on overall profitability
·  Establish customer target pricing
·  Develop and verify product configuration trees

Field marketing and Sales support for refurbished products in NA and Latam.

·  Provide technical sales support (competitive comparison, technical sales training, etc)
·  Keep \'product/ function\' comparisons of all products in Philips Diamond Select portfolio up to date
·  Develop special product configurations for Alternate Distribution Channels
·  Create special sales support tools that make selling Philips Diamond Select products easier (PDA tools, etc)
·  Co-chair of the modality team.
·  Contribute to process improvements in RS product management or business management.
·  Contribute to the strategic direction of RS and identify opportunities that grow the business and support the overall objectives of PH

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  Bachelor's Degree in science/business or related field or equivalent experience
·  2-4 years corporate medical imaging experience or 2-4 years general marketing experience or 3-4 years clinical experience in the medical imaging industry.
·  Demonstrated ability to learn competitive advantages of a technical product
·  Knowledge of Philips Imaging Systems products preferred
·  Ability to position Philips Refurbished products within portfolio of current Philips Healthcare products
·  Experience with industry practices associated with product pricing
·  Strong organizational, communication, writing and presentation skills
·  Technical / clinical understanding of general medical imaging products preferred
·  Demonstrated success in previous position
·  Ability to drive business growth for a specific product within selected regions.
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
·  Knowledge of basic MS Office products preferred
·  Willing to travel 10-20%
