Summary Description:

In this role you will work with other members of the Field Action Team to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering product releases and leading the investigation and resolution of escalations from the complaint handling team and the service Level-3 team that require domain expertise in the Manufacturing Engineering and Product Quality Engineering disciplines. Responsible for supporting Field actions within the Q&R Post Market Team. Working with the manufacturing team, when needed, to facilitate development and deployment of field actions with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

·  Support field action activities through the following activities:
·  Support Change Review Board (CRB) during review of engineering changes.
·  Support development and processing of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) through CRB.
·  Develop and sustain collaboration/alignment with operations manufacturing and order realization processes.
·  Support NPIs as an operations lead or extended team member in order to understand the Post-Market needs and ramifications to the business.
·  Take ownership role or serve as team member on smaller projects in order to drive improvements in the plant. Some of these examples could be lean implementation projects, root cause analysis of failures, or QMS process improvements.
·  Work with global suppliers and manufacturing sites in order to ensure consistent products are produced and best practices are shared between facilities.
·  Compliance to Regulations and Quality Management System (QMS)
·  Complaint investigations related to manufacturing or product quality.
·  Complete documents in a clear, concise, and compliant manner.
·  Comply with Good Documentation Practices on all documentation.
·  Conduct work in compliance with the regulations and the (QMS) at all times.
·  Perform other assigned duties as required.

·  Minimum Qualifications:
• • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical/Industrial or any other Engineering discipline or related field or equivalent experince.

• 3 plus years of relevant experience .

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in engineering or similar discipline
• 3 plus years working in a regulated industry.
• Experience in implementing production efficiency tools such as Poka-Yoke, Value stream mapping, Lean, and Six Sigma tools
• Demonstrated experience of process improvement that improves efficiency and compliance in a FDA regulated industry
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
