Job description
As Junior Campaign Manager you are responsible for supporting the Campaign Managers in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, including the full mix of offline and online media and always-on campaigns. The core objectives of the role are to provide support and assist in ensuring campaigns drive consumer demand, lead generation, market positioning, brand awareness, thought-leadership, and overall drive the performance of digital and non-digital marketing channels through excellent project management and the optimization of communications, and development of a creative and innovative digital strategy.
The Junior Campaign manager needs to have a good understanding of general business management principles such as product mix, market dynamics, competitor dynamics, customer dynamics and consumer decision journeys.
The core challenge is to manage campaign projects and support the team, ensuring all activities are tracked and delivered on time, while building tools to inform all relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Build project management trackers and support team members on day to day activities.
· Coordinate with external and internal agencies to create fit for purpose assets to power campaign media plans and drive increased return on investment.
· Provide support to campaign managers on daily tasks.
· Ensure the growth of the Philips owned domains such as the brand website and the Philips online shop.
· Ensure marketing campaigns support marketing are delivered on time and with quality.
· Analyse campaign activity, provide reports and identify areas for optimization.
Required skills
· Strong project management skills to coordinate across multiple activities and multiple teams inputting to the campaign managers and marketing managers.
· Strong communication skills to manage a vast array of internal & external stakeholders.
· Online and offline media management skills are preferred together with content creation and optimisation skills.
· Analytical – able to understand, interpret & leverage data to optimise content, media, messaging and audiences.
· Organised – ability to consistently deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget.
The team
The position is situated within the Brand, Communication and Digital Team.
The role reports into the Campaign Manager Lead with direct accountability to the marketing managers.
