Job Description

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), is an Enterprise Web Content Management tool which helps Philips to create, manage, and optimize digital customer experiences across every channel, including web, mobile apps, digital forms, and communities. With the ability to deliver next-generation experiences across both online and in-person interactions, Philips increases demand and build lasting brand loyalty.
It is a role based web application or a tool, which helps business users with little technical or no technical knowledge to create and manage website content. Following are common functionalities provided by CQ5:
• Indexing and Searching the content
• Worklfows
• Integrating with LDAP for authentication and authrorization
• Versioning of the content
• Integration with third party tools like E-Commerce products, Social Media products etc
• Inline editing of website content for business users
• Adapters to get information from different repositories
• Document Management
• Localization

·  Analyze requirements and specifications and translate these into test specifications.
·  Execution of test activities according to plan: preparation -, creation -, execution - and closure of the test activities.
·  Create customized or tool generated test scripts to execute and automate test plans.
·  Reporting of test progress and test results.
·  Maintenance of test suites and test tools.
·  Coordination of testing activities according to plan: preparation -, creation -, execution - and closure of the test activities.
·  Coordinate supporting processes like defect management and configuration management to capture and manage defects, fixes, regression test cycles and data reloads.
·  Responsible that test activities are followed according to the defined and agreed test plans.
·  Responsible that test deliverables meet the quality criteria.
·  Coach other testers.
·  Certification requirements:
·  ISTQB Foundation (Basic level)
·  Lean Foundation (preferable)
·  Experience requirements:
·  Domain knowledge (see below): > 3 years in the domain,
·  Test experience: preferable 1-2 years in testing,
·  Agile Scrum
·  Test tool knowledge (pre HP-ALM)
·  Solid understanding of software integration, architecture and infrastructure
·  Behavioral requirements (on top of certification - and experience requirements)
·  Good communication skills,
·  Analytic skills,
·  Coordination skills,
·  Pro-active attitude,
·  Taking ownership,
·  Flexibility required in working hours,
