Intern - Order Management

Job description

Your responsibilities:
Work with key holders to achieve sales and inventory target and relevant SCM activities / initiatives that fit the business needs.
Regional support end to end process in the entire Supply Chain activities internally and externally.
OIT & Billing within 24 hrs following proper compliance (Finance Directives).
Ensuring accurate FSR & meeting CDD. (95%)
Conduct UAT according to Project requirements.
Co-ordinate and initiatives in controlling the inventory to optimize business targets.
Ability to handle customer communication relating to supply / logistic issues.
Handling operations and logistics execution and escalation flow
Other job activities includes monthly Order in Take (OIT) reporting
 
We are looking for
Undergrad students in their penultimate year.
2-3 students are welcome to apply as well
With relevant field of studies in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management.
Candidate must be a good team player
Strong business understanding, result oriented are required
Strong ability to evaluate or resolve tasks and projects on a timely manner
Knowledge in SAP preferred
Knowledge of Letter of Credit required
Experience in handling ASEAN Pacific orders (Optional)
Relevant regional exposure preferred
