Your Challenge:
The Inside Sales Representative focuses on educating customers on a wide array of Philips/Respironics products and services that can enhance their business success. The Inside Sales Representative develops and presents business solutions while maintaining ongoing relationship with key decision-makers. This position has the responsibility for a defined region within North America.

Your Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed quarterly quotas as provided by your manager.
• Direct Clinical Specialist and Respiratory Sales Specialists within their assigned geography.
• Represent and promote the full line of company product offerings contained in the Sleep and Home Respiratory Division to defined territories and customers within a geographic region.
• Make sales calls, ask for orders, work with customers to expand business opportunities, ensure products are properly presented and that customers are aware of product changes, new releases, etc.
• Work with internal business partners on price quotes, shipping, resolving order problems, etc.
• Maintain CRM records of territory, customer order potential, status of sales in progress and provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
• Regularly call on assigned customers to promote and sell therapeutic products through power messaging, consultative selling and strategic negotiation.
• Communicate a deep knowledge of our resupply services to applicable customers.
• Enter sales orders into SAP system.

Your Profile:
• BS/BA level degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, general
business, or clinical studies or certifications that are tied to the core market segments of the company, preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of either professional inside or field sales experience. Position requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred, Medical and SAP experience is a plus. Consultative selling skills, required.
