Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work as a Multi-Modality Clinical Expert with an Advanced Visualization background. Responsible for training content and deliverables. Liaise between the clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Maintain our Multi-Modality clinical education strategy within Philips Healthcare.

You are responsible for

·  Understanding the realization process over the entire product cycle
·  Design, develop and execute clinical training programs for new and existing Philips application specialists and consultants globally
·  Creating training content and delivery mechanism for all IntelliSpace Portal applications and deliver successful clinical trainings
·  Attend all ICAP program management team meetings
·  Lead and own the rollout of training for all new systems. Provide transition, training and support to the field organization, and others
·  Expert knowledge of all applications (basic and advanced) for IntelliSpace Portal portfolio
·  Participate in Product Development working closely with Research and Development teams globally

You are a part of

An international team; you can work out of the Best site or you can be homebased in Europe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  3+ years of clinical experience in the Radiology Imaging and familiarity with Networking, DICOM, and PACS environments and/or experience in IntelliSpace Portal is a plus
·  Experience working with physicians, technologist and other medical professionals with workflow knowledge in a patient care environment
·  Solid understanding of 3-D imaging techniques including multi-modality knowledge, anatomy, physiology, and disease pathology in relation to diagnostic and interventional imaging.
·  Experience in creating and delivering classroom and virtual training content with professional knowledge of various learning styles and techniques to engage learners.
·  Ability to work in a complex matrix organization
·  Team player who will be working in a remote team environment
·  Fluent in English(Mandatory) and other languages (plus)
·  Willing to travel within EMEA, APAC, China and North America as the need arises to deliver product training (~25%)
·  Increase knowledge of adult education and instructional design methods, processes, procedures and techniques
·  Experience with Learning Management Systems, developing course curriculums and post-training evaluations
