Your challenge
As a Consultant you are involved with delivering consulting projects with healthcare clients and developing the consulting practice within the Benelux market. The ambition of HTS (Healthcare Transformation Services) is to grow rapidly within the coming 3 years in which you will play a crucial role.
Your responsibilities
As Consultant HTS you will:
· Use data analytics together with observation and experience to identify potential improvement opportunities and track performance trends for our healthcare provider clients
· Prepare Statements of Work and work with team to finalize
· Manage project work streams
· Lead small client team of 3-5 resources
· Serve as subject matter expert for clients in healthcare organizations
· Work with client staff to maintain the appropriate support and momentum
· Support the development of consulting offerings and standard methodologies
· Actively contribute to sourcing project teams and recruiting new team members
· Remain committed to ongoing learning by developing competency in at least one new service offering
· Assist with business proposals
· Support analysis of sales opportunities within existing engagements or new clients
· Co-develop portions of sales presentations related to area(s) of expertise
· Support in closing new consulting projects with focus on “upsell” at existing engagements

We are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should be/have:
· Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Healthcare consulting
· Fluent in both Dutch and English
· Excellent representation skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong communicator and commercial thinker
· Persuasive/eager to win
· Team player
· Driven and enthusiastic personality
