In this role, you have the opportunity to

Participate in developing meaningful innovations for Healthcare in the field that combines MR Imaging in the Image Guided Therapy.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a radiographer (“röntgenhoitaja“) to join a team that develops new products which combine MR Imaging with therapy products. Many of your closest colleagues will be specialist in the Product Applications team and in R&D. As a clinical applications specialist you will:

· Participate as an applications expert in the product usability testing and product validation: in this role you are the voice of the end user.

· Plan and deliver training to the end users at the hospitals and the experts in the Philips organization

· Support product management by providing input to clinical materials and demonstrating the MR Therapy products to customers at exhibitions and during customer visit

Your Team

MR Therapy Business Innovation Unit belongs to the global Philips Healthcare group. We develop and manufacture Image-Guided Therapy solutions for various medical conditions. The product applications group of MR Therapy is located in Vantaa, Finland.

Our latest product, namely RTdrive combines the first commercially available MR Only Simulation ( MRCAT ) method and MR based automated organ contouring and treatment planning for external beam radiation therapy.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

· A degree in radiography (radiographer or “röntgenhoitaja”) or equivalent clinical degree

· At least 3 years of clinical MR experience; Preferably some experience in using MR and/or CT for radiotherapy simulation

· Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

· Good pedagogical and presentation skills
