As the Head of Digital Marketing your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead digital capability building & define and translate Philips’ digital strategy to local market
- Manage and organize content and communities at local level (across Sector Markets)
- Lead local online brand reputation monitoring and execute digital deployment of brand experience and activate local digital comms & campaigns (in collaboration with Sector Markets) & via digital engagement framework

The Head of Digital Marketing reports in to the Head of Brand, Communication & Digital.

This position will be based from our Guildford office. We operate an agile working environment in this office.

We are looking for

  • Define local digital marketing strategy, by translating global global/sector strategy into a competitive local organisational blueprint and action plan

  • Build digital marketing capabilities and awareness in order to expand our digital marketing expertise

  • Lead cross-functional teams in four key improvement areas: Social, Search, Content Development and Digital Analytics

  • Look for efficiencies across core Digital Marketing capabilities, including social media, SEO and advertising, ensuring high levels of ROI

  • Deliver an excellent brand experience by improving the quality level of the local integrated online presence and ensure a consistent approach to country websites, campaigns, online sales and external online activities

  • Plan and activate local online master brand communications and campaigns
  • Connect with the global sector and business digital and e-commerce team to build and deploy local-e-commerce capabilities

  • Oversee online activities and communicate to local country management, Global Marketing & Communications, and Sectors. You are the central point of contact between global and local stakeholders on all things Digital Marketing

  • Implement a consistent approach to digital analytics and track critical online performance trackers, taking action in order to meet market targets for performance improvement.
