Your responsibilities
The Country Project Manager Lead will be responsible for:

  • Line management and development of the Project Management team
  • Implementing best practice project management processes ensuring they are consistentand best practise
  • Ensuring the rigorous adherence to milestones across the team
  • Maintaining project delivery dates with risks and opportunities identified, which will be the basis of the forecasting process
  • To develop the team to ensure world class competencies
  • To strategically develop our Project Management business
  • Manage pre and post project costs calculations
  • Ensuring cycle times are kept within agreed limits to keep field inventory within agreed limits
  • To deliver complete customer satisfaction measured by the IQCS
  • To ensure that all project management records are maintained

    The Country Project Manager Lead sits within the Healthcare business

    The Country Project Manager Lead reports in to the Supply Chain Director

    This position will be field based but you should be able to commute to our Guildford Office twice a week or when needed.

    We are looking for
    The CPM Lead role manages the Project Management team on a day to day basis and ensures best practice processes are followed consistently. The aim of the role is to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget via the Project Managers in the team, and develop the team to ensure world class project delivery. We need the following skills:
