Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist

Your Challenge
As an Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist you significantly contribute to growing our Ultrasound business, customer satisfaction and after sales support by demonstrating the Philips Ultrasound family of products and training new and existing users on our Ultrasound equipment to ensure full appreciation of its use.
Your responsibilities
Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
Post sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days.
Following training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of Philips Ultrasound products, and to provide a formal applications report on completion of all applications visits.
Maintaining contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment.
Ensuring that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing US customers, complies withthe Company's Quality Policy.
Providing feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors’ products, customer reactions and sales arguments.
Liaising with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure that the latest US information is available for Users, including attending international meetings where appropriate.
Providing support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
Assisting the Business Line Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales and promotion of Philips Ultrasound(US) equipment and provide specialist sales support to the account managerswhen required.
Assisting the Business Line Manager in the maintenance of tender responses, competitive pricing informationand installed base data as well as assisting the Account Managers in theanswering of Tender questionnaires.

We come from a variety of backgrounds(Cardiovascular, General Imaging, Radiology, Women’s health) but all have a clinical background. Several of the team also worked for other healthcare companies before joining Philips. Although we all have defined territories we all support each other as required across the UK.
This position will be based in the UK covering the South West region.
