RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Asia Limited is seeking talented people to join our Sales team in Hong Kong. As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will be working with a team of Sales Representatives on ensuring the successful execution of Sales strategies and plans in a geographically defined area while providing a high level of merchandising to all strategic accounts within the area and to ensure that the planning process secures PMAL business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead, guide and motivate the Sales Representatives, clearly communicating objectives and roles to ensure sustainable delivery of agreed targets in terms of in sales volume, share of market, product penetration and other key performance indicators
· Maximize business growth opportunities by developing and implementing effective trade activities
· Build comprehensive merchandising platform in general trade based on high traffic flow and the most visible environment. Ensure all merchandising placement is complied with the contract terms and also fulfill cost efficiency
· Coordinate with Key Accounts team and with Trade Engagement team for implementation of sales cycle plan, and to achieve synergy which leads to the best utilization of resources
· Assist District Sales Manager in formulating strategies and in developing action plan to ensure strategies can be implemented effectively in the trade
· Perform in-depth sales analysis and forecast to identify business opportunities in order to grow sales volume and market share of PMAL brands
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
· University degree in Business Administration
WORK EXPERIENCE
· 3 years or above in sales or marketing functions, preferably in FMCG industry together with supervisory experience
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-confident, out-going, proactive and dynamic team player as well as committed to work independently
· Proficiency in MS Office computer software specifically Excel & PowerPoint
