You have:
· an engineering degree
· at least 2 years of working experience in Operation Department or in Project Management
· excellent English knowledge, as well MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.), Auto-CAD or similar would be an asset
· strong analytical, process management & problem solving skills

Your responsibilities, among others, will include:

· Ensure that all projects and procedures are contributing to continuous improvement of production process.
· Prepare reports on the status of all CAPEX projects.
· Create budget of CAPEX projects in Operation Department. Coordinate and control expenses, ensure finishing and closing of the project within planned deadline and budget.
· Ensure that the quality of work performed by suppliers is compliant with all applicable PMI policies and procedures along with all applicable legal and statutory requirements.
· Act as role model of safety leadership. Promote initiatives for enhancements of safety, further adherence of relevant policies & guidelines.
· Coordinate local qualification of machines and installations. Contribute to establishment of acceptance criteria and control if they are fulfilled by the supplier.
