Process Engineer

You have:
· an engineering degree
· 3-5 years relevant working experience
· excellent English knowledge, as well MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.), Auto-CAD or similar would be an asset
· strong analytical, process management & problem solving skills

Your responsibilities, among others, will include:

· Initiate, coordinate and control local and regional driven lean improvement projects locally, define and develop local roadmap, as well as process stability and improvement of specific KPI`s by driving local improvement initiatives and regional initiatives locally.
· Analyze, monitor and control specific KPIs and according process data in his/her scope related to process stability, identification of gaps, improvement potential and improvement trends, ensure that the relevant continuous improvement standards are implemented and respected, and review/improve current processes and practices.
· Provide regular improvement gap analysis, feasibility studies with pros, cons, understand the root causes and apply the right tools to address the challenges, in order to improve business results.
· Coordinate and ensure knowledge transmission of project steps implementation to all the internal and external resources involved in the project, ensure requisite knowledge about lean methods and tools and lead local improvement work groups, ensure stakeholders are regularly informed to discuss about plans, results, barriers, current and anticipated projects, and recommended actions, provide guidance by coaching and mentoring to the factory employees to ensure a thorough understanding of the continuous improvement model, in order to ensure effective communication and understanding of the projects.
· In line with the regional strategy and projects, initiate, plan, lead and follow up on local improvement projects under your responsibility in all the project stages, namely by organizing regular meetings, controlling related costs and delays, in order to ensure the fulfillment of defined objectives, technical and contractual conditions, as well as lead the other departments within the factory to drive the stepwise organizational transition within your responsibility.
· Ensure that EHS aspects are integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policies & Procedures is strictly maintained.
· Participate in the facilitation of training, namely select lean methods and tools, identify training needs, plan and organize facilitation trainings, manage the support of the trained people during their first practical application and share best practices.
