LEGAL ANALYST
The Sampoerna Law Department is part of the PMI Law Department. The PMI Law Department provides legal advice and support to PMI and its affiliates around the world. Our vision is to provide world-class legal service that contributes to PMI's and Sampoerna's success.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Supervise all administrative functions of the Department including appropriate staff support, office systems and procedures, coordination with other PM units and functions, and liaison with outside counsel and other regular external contracts
·  Initiate and coordinate the development and administration of policies and procedures, including appropriate forms of documentation in order to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements
·  Support and assist corporate secretary and investor relations function with the preparation and filing of statutory reports and announcements to the relevant authorities and communication to investors and public
Desired Skills and Experience:
·  Minimum SG 07 currently
·  At least has worked for 1 year in current job position
·  Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sampoerna
·  Good writing and research skill
·  Advance communication & organizational skill
·  Excellent in attention to detail
·  Fluency in written and spoken English
·  Computer literate
