You have a university degree in finance, economics or equivalent and have a work experience within a finance department, ideally as a treasury team member of a multinational company.
You have excellent technical and analysis skills and you are a good team player committed to deliver results. You have full command of Microsoft Office and you are fluent in English, both written and oral.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Being part of the Treasury team of Philip Morris International (PMI) Management SA in Lausanne, Switzerland and reporting to the Manager Benefits Investment & Pension.
You will assist in all aspects of PMI pension funds worldwide in a manner that complies with established pension government principles and market requirements.

Specifically, you will :

· Administer all financial aspects of PMI pension plans in the US, i.e. initiate cash movements for monthly benefit payments and pension invoices, perform cash account reconciliation and provide support to US Finance and HR teams for various US GAAP, SEC and Department of Labor reporting requirements ;
· Collect, analyze and report PMI pension plans' asset performance on an on-going basis and investigate potential deviations versus benchmarks ;
· Prepare and monitor the funding status and cash flow of PMI pension plans worldwide ;
· Collect and consolidate PMI budgeted cash contributions and pension expenses, and prepare quarterly revised forecasts in coordination with PMI affiliates and Global Finance functions ;
· Prepare presentations for pension Board of Trustees or pension committees of PMI affiliates. Prepare updates to PMI Board of Directors and address specific requests of PMI Senior Management. Prepare PMI annual pension report ;
· Support the Pension team in the implementation of new or alternative pension plan structures, including the selection process of prospective pension providers and the formulation and implementation of investment strategies.
