FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (IFMS) ENGINEER

We are looking to recruit a process oriented person, who has strong teamwork and collaboration skills, customer focused, interested in continuous improvement processes with a technical university degree (Engineering science) and at least 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing environment. Other assets include: fluent in English (spoken and written), have high level of expertise in Excel & Power point, problem solver and fast learner.

Philip Morris Lietuva is seeking talented people to join our team in Klaipeda Factory. As a Facilities Management (IFMS) Engineer you will be responsible for contributing to the deployment of techniques, solutions, cost estimates and for the development of engineering projects by recommending technical alternatives, evaluating plans, in order to meet the technical and business needs and objectives, including the safety, quality, and productivity goals of a manufacturing centre. You will ensure/contribute to smooth and efficient processes performance and timely corrective actions implementation, identify/provide proposals on technical changes, areas for improvement, in order to ensure facilities management services quality, optimal resources usage while contributing to improved productivity, safety conditions and support continuous improvement culture.
