Apart from the excitement of architecting the future, as a Scrum Master, your first task will be to help me with organization change management, to leverage momentum and introduce the new way of working into corporate world. Once we will prepare the ground for the Product Teams, you as a servant leader, will be looking after one or more Teams, coaching them and making sure the Scrum process is being followed in a most efficient way.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
·  Work closely with the Product Owners and Product Teams to enhance and support e-commerce platform
·  Support the Product Owner and Product Team in their journey to engage and delight our consumers
·  Guide Product Owners on good Users Stories writing and support them with Product Backlog grooming
·  Enable successful delivery of digital products focused on user-centric design
·  Coach the Team and organization on Scrum practices and values by referring to personal experience and industry knowledge/standards
·  Align with other Scrum Masters to remain consistent in practices being applied
·  Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution among the Team and between Teams
·  Monitor Team maturity, velocity and adoption of Scrum framework and take actions required to move them to a higher level
·  Contribute to organization change management by preparing and distributing internal and external communication, improving transparency, delivering trainings and constantly clarifying Scrum principles.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
·  3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
·  Scrum Master Certification
·  Experience working with distributed Scrum teams, as well as complex environments and inter-dependent teams
·  Experience with other approaches related to Agile and/or DevOps space: TDD, XP, Kanban, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.
·  Fluent English
·  Readiness to re-locate
·  Product Owner Certification would be a plus
·  Leadership and/or contribution to large-scale Agile transformation would be a plus
·  Experience with commercial (B2B, B2C) systems and applications (back and front-end) will be a plus.
