Commercial Planning & Deployment Executive
Temporary contract (18 months)
Tallinn
Purpose of the job:
Consolidate specific Brand Building Commercial Initiatives (including budgets) into portfolio-wide deployment plans, ensure consistency to portfolio strategy, define gaps/overlaps. Ensure initiatives preparation and support. Develop and co-ordinate implementation of detailed commercial initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
· Consolidate Commercial Initiatives and Brand deployment programs into portfolio-wide deployment plans.
· Develop and co-ordinate implementation of commercial initiatives. Ensure proper preparation and support (resources; materials; timing) for commercial initiatives' realization.
· Develop schedules for commercial initiatives preparation, keep the planning schedules within the required deadlines, coordinate all involved functions to check preparation progress and communicate status to all stakeholders.
· Provide support to field organization (TSM (Territory Sales Management) and Consumer Engagement) on programs deployment by timely providing with cycle details and materials (including briefs; materials allocation; timing and all other initiative related details).
· Ensure an effective cooperation between sales and marketing establishing and maintaining proper processes and communication flows
· Support Portfolio Manager to define Business Opportunity or Business Issue for brands; contribute to define specific plans for brands in target.
Requirements for the candidate:
· University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
· 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing/commercial area with particular focus on data analysis and planning.
· Project Management Skills
· Experienced Internal Consulting Skills
· Very good oral and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
