Job description

YOU are a motivated individual with a degree in Commerce, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Math and/or related discipline . You seek challenges and personal development opportunities, and have the courage to make a difference. You possess excellent communication skills and are constantly looking for better, more efficient ways to manage processes and company assets. YOU are a detail orientated individual with emphasis on information accuracy.

You have relevant work experience of 1-3 years, ideally in Sales / Market / Business Analysis. You have a comfort with numbers, combined with experience working with robust data and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are at the heart of the commercial / strategic planning and goal setting process: pro-actively analyzing our data, reporting exceptions and opportunities, enhancing controls and providing decision support to management as well as all of our business functions. We combine financial know-how, attention to detail and expertise on processes and operations to continuously drive profitability and growth.

In your role you will support multiple departments within the organization with meaningful insights and analytics derived from reliable data to support informed and educated business decisions.
YOU are responsible for leveraging and analyzing multiple data sources for the purpose of monitoring, reporting and providing insights on any given market activity.
YOU will work closely and collaboratively with our Commercial Planning, Commercial Development and Trade Marketing departments applying analytical know how and experience to develop, monitor and evaluate all substantial market activities in a timely fashion.
YOU are accountable for providing the organization with trended independent and chain RSP by drive brand, by Province, including retail trade margin analytics. Data to be updated on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), include the correct segmentation and be made available to key stakeholders.
