The Financial Services Recruitment division of The UK's 23rd Best Small Company to work for 2015 - Phaidon International are hiring for Recruitment Consultants of varying levels from Junior to Experienced.

Selby Jennings (a division within Phaidon International) was formed in 2004 and in its 11 years as a recruitment business it has won numerous internatioanl awards, has established itself as one of the leading financial services recruitment firms internationally and currently has nearly 100 recruiters based out of 6 offices; London, Zurich, New York, San Francisco, Hong Kong & Singapore, recruiting professionals in to 60 countries.

The business has seen another record year with an increase in profits of nearly 30%. Recruitment is a growing business and now is a great time to become a Recruitment Consultant.

We are looking for ambitious, driven, sales hungry individuals to join one of three 'desks' within Selby Jennings as recruiters. Audit, Risk and Tech - all will require the recruiting of professionals in to the financial services industry globally.

We provide all of our Recruitment Consultants with an excellent support structure which includes classroom based training, on desk training and very close mentoring form your team leader or manager to help furnish you with all the skills needed to be a successful recruiter. We can also provide you with the tools to do the job; job boards, LinkedIn recruiter, a vast database and much more. Finally we will reward you for success. With an excellent commission scheme paying 10-50% of invoice value, holiday incentives, additional prizes and awards for exceptional performance and an enviroment that is set up and run towards achieveing results.

For our junior hires there is no requirement to have done recruitment or sales beofre, just be willing to work hard, have the drive to succeed and an interest in learning about a new industry and specific area.

For our experienced hires there is also no requirement to have done financial services recruitment as long as you have been doing a form of recruitment. This could be in to another professional services field or hight street recruitment.

The key to being successful at this job is the right mind-set, work ethic, tenacity and a desire to succeed.

We will pay a salary of between £20 and £28K pa based on experience and you can expect an OTE of between £40-100K depending on how successful you are.
