Phaidon International is hiring for Entry Level Recruitment Consultants to join our team in London. This is an incredible opportunity for a money hungry candidate looking for fast career progression. It is an entry level role as a Recruitment Consultant, where you will be given the tools and training needed to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant. The programme is designed for (but not limited to) fresh uni graduates or candidates with less than 2 years work experience in sales.

No previous experience is required; we are looking for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want a performance based career. What to Expect as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:

You can expect a very competitive base of £20K, as well as uncapped commission (ranging from 10-50% of every deal you make). Uncapped commission means that you are in control of your earnings! Based on recent billers last year, you can expect to take home £45K-50K in your first year, £80K in your second year and £100K in your third year. The more you bill for the company the more you take home in commission - You determine your paycheck!

The role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:

- You will be given extensive on-the-job training from day one to make sure you are getting the training and support you need
- You will be starting with a cold desk and will need to source your clients via cold calling and networking as well as source your candidates via advertising and headhunting
- You will need to maintain your client relationships throughout your career
- You will be 360 -- selling roles to the candidates and the candidate to the client
- You will then be negotiating, closing deals and making commission!
- Manage both candidates and clients acting as a liaison to help both parties to achieve their needs

Who makes a successful Entry Level Recruitment Consultant?

- You will need to be money hungry, resilient and competitive
- You will need to have a genuine interest in the recruitment market
- University Degree preferred but not required
- High energy, outgoing, positive and confident people
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
