As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to your client’s needs whilst building relationships with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will benefit from our award winning training scheme, your first four weeks will be spent with other gradudates both in a class room set up and on your desk, learning everything there is to know about being a graduate recruitment consultant. After your training, your manager will further enhance this through practical elements during the day to day aspects of the role by giving you that little bit extra, that when coupled with your hard work, ability to listen, learn, repeat and tenacity will give you the best possible chance of succeeding. 

Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

Build and maintain your portfolio of clients.

- Identify and recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities that include but not limited to: social media outlets, database search, recruiting calls, attending seminars and networking events.
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, from initial resume review, skill assessment, interview preparation to closing salary & contract negotiation. 
- Duties include winning business from new and existing clients, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, processing candidate applications, posting advertisements of available positions on our website and various job boards, placing candidates successfully in positions at our client companies, utilizing social media to network for candidate referrals, conducting check-in and follow-up calls to placed candidates and working closely your specialist team.
- Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
- Attract, identify and acquire new clients through generating leads, cold-calling
- Negotiate appropriate contract terms and fees with new clients and maintain relationships with existing client

Requirements for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

2:1 Bachelors degree preferred – if you have a 2:2 then 12 months + b2b sales experience is required

- Enthusiasm to work in a sales environment.
- History of success in any environment.
