Poste et missions:
SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE
Analyse weekly load file and plan coming weeks production schedule, taking into consideration priorities, urgent orders, line capacity, available days, seasonality.
Profil:
Confirm material availability prior to fixing coming weeks plan.
Update SAP once plan is confirmed, revised when necessary.
Conduct PDP meeting with Production, Method, etc to have agreement on coming weeks plan. And to release Production Plan after PDP meeting.
Measure weekly output against PDP and report the weekly Production Achievement.
Plan and Monitor safety stock for all PMM products, release safety stock for EOL products.
Monitor products in rupture and below 50% Safety Stock, and provide update and recovery plan.
Plan Ramp up for New products, and Ramp down of substituted products.
Perform Product Link between PMM production reference to Commercial reference.
Act as liaison between factory and Customer Service on availability of products, fulfilling exceptional quantity request or bidding request, providing recovery plan, update status of new products, etc.
Support Procurement activity like providing forecast, placing PO and monitor delivery.
