Job description

Peter Spanton Drinks is a producer of premium mixers & tonics in London that is looking for a determined and capable intern for a period of 4 weeks.

Daily travel expenses covered with receipts

Role Overview: 
With line management from the Managing Director and Director of Communications, the selected Marketing, Events and Admin intern will have the opportunity to learn and understand the general operation and digital marketing within the food and beverages industry. They will be a creative thinker and have the opportunity to learn the sector and assist in the development of online content and participate in brand events across London, the UK and internationally.  
 

Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Marketing and Sales team
Research and development of clients and targets 
Database management of the systems used to send out brand communications
Assist in managing and developing online content, based on brand strategies and social media guidelines.
Arranging the packing and shipping of samples to potential clients
General studio management duties 
Attending events across London (out of usual working hours as these are usually in the evenings) 
Helping with the organisation and execution of brand events

Desired profile

Person Specification:
Interest in Marketing and Events
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Understanding of marketing, media and brand management.
Works well in a small team and start up environment

 
Skills:
Full UK driving license
Strong written communication skills.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Keen to experience all areas of the business and throw themselves in for a hands on learning and development.
Confident with strong organisational ability
