We require an experienced recruitment consultant to start our driving division. We have contracts waiting to start so you can earn bonus from day one! We also have a night-service team that will deal with all out of hours calls and bookings, so you can finally get your weekends back and a good night's sleep without that 3am call!

Your main responsibilities will be;

• Recruiting, interviewing and placing drivers
• Building relationships with potential and existing clients
• Maintain excellent working relationships with both drivers and clients
• Ensuring you maximise every revenue stream open to you
• Showing commitment and a winning attitude daily
• Growing your desk to be able to recruit an additional consultant and becoming sector manager
• Establishing Pertemps as the No.1 driving recruitment agency in Peterborough

You will work 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday at our city centre office. We offer a salary between £20k and £28k depending on experience, 5% bonus of GP, No threshold and for exceptional candidates a company car with fuelcard.
