Job Description:

Conducting telephone interviews; reading from a script; speaking to members of the public, documenting the respondent’s answers onto a computer system.

Types of work:

Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Topical business studies.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Polite and courteous telephone manner
• Able to work to targets
• Good Command of English
• Good computer skills
• Following project guidelines
• No experience necessary

Hours of work:

Minimum of three Days across the week

Mon- Fri (DAYS) 9:00am - 4:30pm

Starting pay rate: £7.56ph- £8.40 (including holiday pay) with performance related bonuses on some projects.
