The Chivas Brothers' Strategy and Development team is offering a 12 month internship to a capable and passionate individual. The Strategy and Development team supports our global Marketing teams to gain a better understanding of the constantly changing market landscape which our brands operate in. The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and organisational support to the Strategy Planner in order to facilitate market understanding and drive knowledge sharing across business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Analytical support for a number of key projects, including A&P prioritisation model, Grey Market Activity and strategy planning for 2017/2018 budget.
· Support the Strategy Manager in the development and maintenance of new market information platforms and ways of working – step changing the capturing and sharing of knowledge
· Pivotal co-ordinator across multiple global brand teams, Strategy and Development team and Executive Committee to ensure our schedule of market meetings is well planned and co-ordinated and that learning is effectively captured
· Link to global Business Development team in Paris and their new initiatives relating to markets
· Liaising with multiple levels of stakeholders within Chivas Brothers and Pernod Ricard
We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and who already has one relevant internship under their belt. You will be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. You will be super-organised with a high attending to detail. You will also be strong numeracy and excel skills with proven ability to absorb and synthesise multiple sources of insight and create and present a simple compelling picture.
