Percepta is a global provider of outsourced services; our Fleet Support team in Warley provides a variety of services to our major automotive client and partner. We employ a number of specialised resources that are highly active in supporting the objectives of the business as well as managing change and continuously looking for ways to improve business processes and performance.
Position Summary
You will be joining a central team that supports our client’s Fleet sales field teams and dealer network in handling payment queries, debt recovery, and fleet rebate data input into the company’s internal Fleet Management System. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external customers to resolve payment queries.
This is a fast moving environment that works to tight deadlines and looks to continuously improve and redevelop existing procedures and standards as the department evolves with our client’s needs and growth.
Applicants should be confident communicators at all levels, keen, adaptable with a good skill base to cover all aspects of the wide variety of tasks that come under the teams remit. What you will do:

Deal with internal and external customers, advising on fleet rebates that have/should have been received, and resolve any problems therein.

Receive calls and e-mails from dealers and fleet customers with specific payment related queries.

Log queries using a database tool, and then investigating, reconciling and resolving, using information stored in various databases, or a Fleet Payment System.

Handle any problematic calls with the appropriate interpersonal skills.

When receiving more complex day-to-day internal and external queries, escalating where necessary to the appropriate person.

Work to tight deadlines and under pressure.

Progress/chase any query passed to other teams until outstanding queries are resolved and closed.
What you will need:
-
Educated to GCSE level & A-Levels or equivalent
-
Previous administration experience required
-
Must be PC literate and have a good understanding of computer systems

Thorough understanding of Excel
-
Should exhibit strong communication skills with a pleasant demeanour and a good telephone skills
-
Must be able to work with all levels of management and interact effectively with all employees. The ability to interact with vendors and customers by representing Percepta professionally with all outside organisations.
